JustURLs Terms of Use

Apple Standard EULA

JustURLs is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA where that agreement applies, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, Amcle grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use JustURLs on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app's source code except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

Your Saved Content

You are responsible for the URLs, notes, categories, and other content you save, export, or share using JustURLs.

Do not use JustURLs in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, violates confidentiality obligations, or harms others. You should make your own decisions about whether content is safe, accurate, and appropriate to retain or share.

Lifetime Unlimited Purchase

JustURLs may offer a Lifetime Unlimited unlock as a one-time in-app purchase, currently planned at $3.99 where offered. The price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase controls and may vary by storefront, currency, or taxes.

Purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat may be used to manage entitlements and restore eligible purchases. Purchase restoration and refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies and systems.

Availability and No Warranty

JustURLs is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, site, or service.

You are responsible for keeping any backups you consider important. Local storage, device changes, deletion, and third-party services can affect access to saved content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amcle and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use JustURLs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and Changes

These Terms remain in effect while you use JustURLs. Your license ends if you violate these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are posted.
